Nationwide shipping
- Standard (3–5 business days): $8 — free on orders over $70
- Express (1–2 business days): $15
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT ship the next business day. We do not ship on
Sundays or major holidays.
Returns
30-day returns on unused product. If it's unopened, in original packaging,
and unused, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less
shipping.
Used tools cannot be returned. Once a clipper, trimmer, or shaver has been
used on hair, it's a health-code issue and we can't take it back. This is
standard across the industry.
Defective on arrival? Contact us within 7 days. If a tool is DOA we handle
the replacement directly — you don't chase the manufacturer.
Warranty claims after 7 days are processed through the manufacturer, but we
will help you file. Email us the order number and the issue.
Non-returnable: opened consumables (sprays, oils, disinfectants), blades,
gift cards, and clearance items.
